Booking Policy 

At Animotion, we specialize in children's entertainment, event organization, and educational workshops. To guarantee quality service, we apply the following booking policy:

 

1. Booking Request

Bookings can be made through our website or by direct telephone contact. All requests are subject to availability.

 

2. Confirmation

The booking will be considered confirmed only after:

 

Payment for the contracted service.

Receiving the service booking confirmation email.

 

3. Payment

Payment is made through the website and using secure PayPal method or bank transfer.

 

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be notified at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations communicated with less notice will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation by Animotion (due to force majeure), a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

 

5. Changes and Rescheduling

Date or service changes can be requested with a minimum of 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Animotion reserves the right to adjust the price if the service conditions change.

 

6. Punctuality and Duration

It is the client's responsibility to ensure access to the event venue at the agreed time.

Delays attributable to the client do not imply an automatic extension of the service.

Additional services cannot be purchased on-site. As indicated in point 1, the request and reservation are made through the website.

 

7. Event Conditions

The client must provide:

A suitable and safe space for the activities.

Supervision of minors during the show and activities. At least one responsible adult must always be present.

 

8. Liability

Animotion is not responsible for:

Damage caused by improper use of equipment by participants.

Incidents arising from unsafe conditions in the space provided by the client.

 

9. Acceptance

Contracting our services implies acceptance of this booking policy.
