Animotion Berlin offers entertainment services for children, including recreational activities, games, shows, and entertainment at private and corporate events. It also offers performing arts workshops and children's workshops.

 

2. Services Offered

Services include, among others:

Children's party entertainment

Themed shows

Creative workshops

Games and group activities

School or corporate events

Performing arts workshops such as stage combat, improvisation, and clowning.

 

All services are subject to availability and prior confirmation.

 

3. Booking Process

Bookings must be made through the website or by direct contact.

 

The booking is considered confirmed once the agreed payment has been received. Animotion Berlin reserves the right to refuse applications due to availability or justifiable reasons.

 

4. Prices and Payments

Prices will be indicated to the client in advance and are exempt from VAT.

If the services are not contracted by a private entity, Animotionberlin is subject to KSK regulations.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance: refund possible.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance: no refund.

In case of force majeure, the event may be rescheduled subject to availability.

 

6. Liability

Animotion Berlin is committed to providing the service with professionalism and care.

Parents or guardians are responsible for the general supervision of minors during the event.

The company is not responsible for accidents resulting from the improper use of facilities or materials outside of the scheduled activities.

During workshops, participants or their guardians will sign a liability waiver. 7. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

 

Provide truthful information about the event

 

Ensure a suitable and safe space

Inform about any special needs of the children (allergies, medical conditions, etc.)

 

7. Data Protection

The personal data provided will be used solely for managing reservations and communicating with the client, in accordance with current data protection regulations.

 

8. Use of Images

During the events, photographs or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.

 

The client may expressly object to this use by notifying us in writing beforehand.

 

9. Modifications

Animotion Berlin reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of purchase.

 

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Berlin.
